Who we are
Ruta Cloud Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating in Miami, Florida. Email info@rutacloud.com, phone (305) 603-7348. We are responsible for the data collected on rutacloud.com.
What data we collect
- What you type into the contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
- Your consent record: the exact text you agreed to, its version and language, the server date and time, your IP address, your browser, and the page you submitted the form from.
- Technical browsing data via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (pages viewed, traffic source, device type).
We do not ask for card details, health data, or information about minors. This site is not directed at children under 13.
What we use it for
To answer your request, prepare a proposal for you, and contact you about our services through the channels you authorized. We keep the consent record so we can show, if ever needed, exactly what you authorized and when. We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that make the service run, and only with what's needed: our hosting (Hostinger), our corporate email, our customer support platform, and Google's analytics tools. Also when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
The consent record is kept for five years from the day you gave it, because that is the window in which a claim could be brought against us. Other contact data is kept while a business relationship exists or until you ask us to delete it.
How to stop receiving messages
- SMS or WhatsApp: reply STOP to any message.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or write to info@rutacloud.com.
- Calls: tell us by phone or in writing and we stop calling you.
You can also request a copy of your data or its deletion by writing to info@rutacloud.com. We respond within 30 days at most. Withdrawing consent does not affect contact we had already made beforehand.
Cookies and analytics
We use our own cookies to make the site work and Google cookies (Analytics, Tag Manager) to understand which pages get visited. You can block them in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Security
The site is served encrypted (HTTPS) and access to contact records is restricted to the people at Ruta Cloud who need it. No system is infallible; if a breach affected you, we would tell you.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above. The consent text you agreed to at the time does not change: it is archived with its version and remains the one that applied to you.
