What this site is
An informational site about our marketing, advertising and software development services. The content is indicative and may change without notice. Nothing published here is a binding offer: work is contracted through a written, signed proposal.
About results
We do not guarantee specific business results. Advertising and search rankings depend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta and others), on your market and on your offer, and none of those variables is under our control. Any example or case study we publish describes what we did, not what you will get.
Quotes and payment
Fees, scope and timelines are set in each project's proposal. Ad spend handed to the platforms is not a fee of ours and is not refundable by us. Unless the proposal says otherwise, invoices are due in 15 days.
Ownership of the work
Once a project is paid in full, the final deliverables made for you become yours. Our internal tools, templates, base code and own platforms remain ours and are licensed to you for the agreed use. The brand, copy and designs of this site belong to Ruta Cloud.
Your accounts and access
When you give us access to your advertising, hosting or social accounts, you confirm they are yours and that you have the right to grant it. We use that access only for the contracted work and return or close it when we finish.
Third-party services
Much of the work relies on third-party platforms with their own terms (Google, Meta, WhatsApp Business, hosting and email providers). Their changes, suspensions or ad rejections fall outside our responsibility, even though we help you resolve them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and does not cover lost profits or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute is submitted to the courts of Miami-Dade County.
