Without access to your data, a model only knows how to chat. We start with an inventory of what you already have — which system holds each piece of data, which integrations exist and which would have to be built — and the AI connects to that. It is the architecture already running RutaCloud CX: a multi-provider model layer, identity resolved across channels, and handover to a person when the conversation goes beyond what AI should settle alone. Where someone must approve before anything goes out is decided with you and implemented as a rule of the system, not as good intentions. And when AI is not the answer, we say so.

Caribbean Portals integrates the MSC Cruises XML API and passed all 4 mandatory certification tests; RutaCloud CX isolates each client with row-level security in PostgreSQL. Scope is settled before any code is written: what gets built, what gets integrated and what stays out. The code, the accounts and the data are yours from day one.

How we work: forward-deployed

Forward-deployed means the engineer works inside your operation, not behind a ticket. We start with a discovery session on your actual systems, agree on the smallest scope that can be tested with real users, and grow from there.

Monitoring, maintenance and continuous improvement can be part of the contract or stay with your team: that is decided when scope is set, not afterwards. The work is led by Ruben Rivera, with more than 20 years integrating enterprise systems at WarnerMedia/HBO Latin America, Ryder and the Association of National Advertisers.

Caribbean Portals

Cruise booking platform
In production

A bilingual cruise-booking platform integrated with the MSC Cruises XML API. In production and MSC-certified.

A Node/Express monolith with three modules — MSC middleware, control plane and agency administration, and a Next.js storefront — on Prisma and PostgreSQL. Itinerary-based search, server-side pricing, and an admin panel with RBAC and access control. Deployed to production, passing 4 of 4 mandatory MSC certification tests, with an automated quality suite: unit tests, Playwright E2E, CodeQL, and dependency and secret scanning.

AI customer-experience SaaS

A bilingual multi-tenant SaaS unifying phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and TikTok, with AI call scoring.

Every call from your call center, evaluated by AI. It unifies every conversation channel in a single inbox, with a native CRM and cross-channel identity resolution. Per-tenant isolation with row-level security in PostgreSQL, and a multi-provider LLM layer powering transcription, scoring and conversation analytics. The same platform includes the video studio module, which produces the marketing material used to answer on those channels. In production, serving several brands.

Coral AI

AI travel advisor
In development

A multi-channel AI travel advisor with a web widget, handing off to a human agent when the conversation calls for it.

A travel concierge with its own knowledge of the group's catalog — cruises, Europe and shipping — available across channels and as a widget embedded in the site. Built with human handoff: when a conversation goes beyond what the AI should resolve alone, it moves to the CX inbox without losing context.

Ruta Studio

RutaCloud CX video production module

Marketing video production inside RutaCloud CX: from prompt to MP4, with a human-approved script and rendering on our own hardware.

The script is written from a prompt, and its prices are checked in code against the catalog rather than simply asked of the model. Nothing is produced until a person approves that script. The on-camera presenter is optional, and the cloned voice runs locally. Images come from our own library, tagged by what each photo actually shows: real places get real photography, and generated imagery is reserved for abstract backgrounds. Rendering runs on a cluster of Apple Silicon Macs in a pull model — the machines poll the queue, nothing calls them. Publishing is always a human decision, and an unconfirmed price blocks it.
